Well here is the break-down. I run a few sites and I need someone who is good with graphics and someone who is also fairly decent at coding. Graphics is more important. I have too much to do therefore I need this help. This is more of a "partner" I am going to be hiring rather than a one time thing. If you are interested please feel free to post here. Give me some examples of some graphics you've made, anything you've coded. If you can make flash stuff thats great. The basic idea is you will be my partner. We will discuss how much you will be paid etc
