    I'd like to hire a someone to develop a website where users can create ringtones. I'll reveal more info to those interested.

    Please be able to deliver ringtones via text message, USB, and email - as all will be available to users.

    Not sure of the dynamics behind the delivery (I'm assuming you're talking about software to deliver via text?). I'm looking to work with someone who can provide/implement solutions while developing the site.
