I like the usmansblog. Sports and news is my choice of topics. Marketing and SEO are done to death..seriously. I think you will get better mileage about of todays topics, politics leading up to the election, and sports as football season gets into summer training.
Thanks for everyones input! I just bought the domain at 1and1.com and it is... usmansworld.com I will have it setup and running in about a week, and have some quality content as well.
It does play a role though, my older site had a whack domain name that did not fit my sites content, even though my website had quality content, but users were complaining on why the domain is what it is. So this time I intend to correct that mistake. Thanks for your input, and yes content does play a huge role.
Ratman2050, well, maybe you're right... but again, I heard people complaining about the design, usability, content, some colors but never complaint or heard from someone about the domain name being weird or bad and they are not coming again because of it, really
Yeah and I haven't heard many people complain either. The only ones that complain on my site are some friends I know in real life that have no clue what content, design, and usability is. All they know is, "hey it's a website, weird URL, good site though"
