Hi Everyone, I am looking for a programmer who can create a server based program that can be a control panel and control traffic. I want the programmer to know where to get this traffic (It does not matter what niche the traffic is however it is required that its from the USA). Having this said, I would like to have an online control panel where I can add my own campaigns, add how much US hits I would like to have per day for that link, also I want to have the option to pause the campaign, resume, and create as many new campaigns as i like. I would like to know how much max. traffic can be achieved, i am referring to US,Europe hits per day. If you think you have what it takes to create such a project, please let me know. Further: If you are capable to guide me, for getting the Server based traffic then get forward and let me know, you will get bucks for that as well.... Looking forward for your PM's.
You want something like Google's AdSense and Analytics with geotargeting? This is a very large project that will at least cost you to drop a few grand.
