Want to create a database in my site - how to ?

    I'm new in web designing - I haven't designed any database unabled site before , however I have designed lots of simple site's without any database and I am good in designing a site in frontpage . I want to learn

    How to insert a simple login and new user register option on my page using database ?

    Is there any software needed to for making database work enable in frontpage ?

    Please help me !
