There is this site called logitraffic.... but be warned..... if you use it for GA, i can't ensure you if you will get banned or not. That is just information and I'll not held responsibility whatsoever. (Sorry bro.. disclaimer first)

 

I think this section on DP is the right place for you.

However, I would recommend use it with cautions. Most of them may not be targeted, or even a human visitors as you may expected. I would also not recommend using this kind of traffics with Google Adsense or your account would be banned permanently.
