I've wanted to start dabbling a bit with different online income (doing CPA primarily right now) and wanted to purchase a few autoblogs that have been making proven adsense revenue off of flippa. My concern is that some of these deals sound too good to be true. They all seem to be able prove 100-200.00 of stable revenue over the past 4 months but my concern is that its some type of scam as some of these sites sell for 600-1000.00 which would have a really good ROI. I'm afraid that either the traffic isn't stable and will drop right after I purchase it, that its paid traffic, or that the sites are in some way violating Google TOS. I don't want to get my adsense account banned and I want to keep everything white hat. Do you guys know something I don't about all these sites for sale? Are they really too good to be true?
if you really don't have time for it, i wouldn't risk it. you want them to generate money on autopilot, that won't happen. But if you don't mind risking losing the investment money, you can give it a try.
May be I didn't get you correctly, but if they selling site that makes $100 a month, for just only $600, that is really good deal, so good that it far from being true. Internet based companies shoal cost about 15 times of their annual income, which in our case shold be $18k. Check their stats and what kind of traffic, is it organic from SE or mostly direct. Really sounds fishi.
Checking traffic stats will get you were you want to be. Make sure it's all legit auto blogs scrapping content is bad for the internet though it's usually not there content so try to get unique websites.
I appreciate the responses guys! I think anything I purchase i'm going to have to make sure its got supplied Google Analytics, and do a fairly healthy analysis of the traffic sources before I plunk down any money.
cek for my PM sir. if you want i'll give you SS of traffic/Google Reffering Sites . natural traffic from google
