    It is very common to find domains with high PR and no visible backlinks, but the page rank is authentic, no tool will give you the exact number of backlink, that only Google knows and that is why assigns the PR. Just make sure that is not a dropped domain, these domains are reset and lose both their age and their PR in a short time
