    Hi,

    Looking for an IPB Standard License.

    Due to the IPS new rules, the only way to do this is for me to buy your IPS account (which contains the IPB Standard License). They don't do transfers anymore.

    I don't care if your IPB Standard Licence has Expired, as long as it can download at least IPB 2.1.x and above.

    Looking for quick, smooth transaction.

    I pay via PayPal (Verified sellers only), MoneyBookers, and possibly Bank Wire.

    Due to being scammed in the past with licences, I will pay for 50% upfront, then expect IPS account details sent over for me to login etc, then I will verify and pay next 50%. This is the only way I will work unless your PayPal account has at least 20 verified purchases.
