Want to buy Indian website (up to 18x revenue)

    Want to buy a website with content related to India. Will pay up to 18 months revenue. Please note I will make the payment in India in Indian currency through cheque. My budget approximately $ 10,000 or (Rs 500,000).

    Requirements:

    • adsense revenue
    • 5 months minimum revenue proof
    • in English
    • minimum 3 years old
    • original content (no copyright problems at all!)
    • Pagerank 5 or above
    • minimum 200 pages of content

    I would prefer websites that require minimal work and are related to travel, adventure, health, recipes, sports, technology etc. The seller will have to provide help in transferring the domain/website to my host and/or any other technical help that may be required.

    I am NOT interested in:

    MySpace related, gambling related, porn, proxies, domains only, hosting, seo sites, Mp3, warez, or similar sites.
