Buying Want to buy hosting that can host files

    I have file host scripts ...
    I need one hosting that can host http://www.x10media.com/filehost-script
    I don't know what cause that i installed in my web hosting because it always show " ERROR: Failed to create temp_dir " .
    I can't upload files ....
