    I have a how to quit smoking website for sale. The amount of money this site is set to make is unmitigated.

    Sadly, I need capital - and this might be the only way. The smoking site is a great niche, and ive put a 4 hundred dollars worth of SEO into it ( but it hasn't kicked in yet).

    The site has a load of articles and it has an extensive admin that allows you to add new articles, new adverts and if you want we can include an editor for the videos and the metatags.

    I have this website for sale: organicextravirgincoconutoil.org
    It is Adsense ready, but I did not have time to apply. I am using some Amazon plugins, which I purchased and I made some sales. traffic is coming, but sadly I do not have time to manage the site. (health issues in the family) I would sell it to good hands. Some articles are original. Coconut oil is quite popular now.( in Google keyword tool shows 14,000 searches (exact)) So this site and domain has a potential. I tried to postponed the sale before, but I can see, that the site may suffer even more, because I do not maintain it properly.:( I will pm you my e-mail.
