Want to buy .de tld domains..I'm not in Germany

I'm looking to book a few .de domains but registrar seems to demand german identify verification for the purpose. Is it possible that I book 'em with fake address? How risky it will be? Anybody from German to help me out with this?

 

Dot DE domain registration requires registrant to provide local valid mailing address and phone number.
But I am honestly not sure whehter it will work with fake address and phone. The conservative solution is to pay little $ for trustee service.

 

What registrars have you tried as I don't believe Godaddy, Enom etc don't require the .de domain to be registered in Germany.

Best place for .de domains I've found is a German company called Hexonet. You'll get use of their proxy (they'll act as legal rep) but the domain itself is under $7 a year
