Hi, I have seen these offered before, a database of agents or realtors for sale. It is for a smaller sized town in the Northwest. I may be interested in buying a directory script with the database as well. Please let me know if you have anything like this and i will PM you the location. Thanks
If it is a smaller city then how many agencies can there be? Just call them all and ask for a list of agents to be emailed to you. These people want your business so they will do it and viola there is your list. Not good for a big city but still could be done if you are willing to put in some time. Most if not all real estate agencies are online also so you could find them that way also. ###

I guess I need to do a reality check about what I consider a big city. I have always lived in really small towns as I do now and I already know most of the agents names. 8000 agents? I don't want to waste your time but I do have a question - what is the population number for the city in question if you don't mind saying. I am just really curious as to the over all population with 8k agents?? It's cool if you don't want to bother answering but 8k agents... to me that would have to be considered a larger city. Sorry, i haven't looked into this in a while. There are about 3,000 agents according to a the local Realtor site, not 8,000. Population is about 200,000 with 450,000 in the metropolitan area.
