    I have some investors that want me to find them an established community style website, preferrably financial industry, but will consider any niche.

    If you have a profitable, sustainable community website and would consider selling it for $15,000.00 or less please PM me the information.

    Of course at some point I will require the traffic stats, income stats, income streams, etc. etc, but I know you will probably not want to send it in the first message, but the more you provide the better.

    It makes around 4-5k/mo and that amount will increase to 7-8k next month.

    I'm not selling it though, was just wondering how much you would pay for it.

    I'm using VBulletin with 1k worth of custom modification and for what it's worth, this is my successful site, lol.

    heheh... you just told the other dude to make an offer and said I'm guessing the site is worth 50k... depending on the site, I would pay somewhere in the 70k range also.. anyways, good luck to you also.

    Hahaha Why even waste your time posting this in this thread. You either want him to make an offer or not. No reason to come in here and blow smoke. If your not selling then you shouldnt have even wasted forum space. Then you get someone else interested in buying it, and now you say not for sell. WHICH IS IT?
