    Generally people pay 2.5x times the yearly income so if you're paying 10x or 12x of monthly income, you probably won't find potential sellers.

    I think you step over the line here, buddy. Are you intentionally hijacking this thread or whatever? It depends on the buyer what budget he has, and I personally would say that 10x to 12x is fine.

    2.5x yearly income, that is retarded, even for offline businesses. Guessing by your account status and the fact that you are from a third world country backs up my assumption that you have NO IDEA WHAT THE FUCK YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.


    I buy and sell a ton of sites, rarely on here or Flippa but through private channels, and from my experience sites earning primarily from Adsense typically go for 8x - 16x monthly earnings on average. This all depends of course on several factors of the site, some top weighing areas being site age, domain name, earning history, traffic, organic keywords, overall design, etc. etc. I could go on forever.

    Just always remember this, I could talk about my past deals and site averages all day, but your site is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it.
