    Hi everyone, i want to BUY a website with adsense earning of approx. $500-700/ month and my budget is between $1500-1700, if anyone has something which matches my specifications please revert.

    Ususally sites are for sale around 10xmonthly profit. So if you want to buy a website that makes 500 $ per month you should have a budget around 4000 to 6000 $.

    With your budget ($1500-$1700) you can easily get a website with the earning about $150-$170, But don't worry if you want to get $500 you can scale it, I have a good website and there's a plenty room of growth, you can check on this thread

    yes i agree with victors mostly people will sold out sites with at least 8 to 10 monthly earning so you need to increase your budget or buy with low level earning site like 100 to 150$ on this budget

    Too much risk buying from flippa. As victor said, I agreed on his part. With earning of 200$/month from adsense can also message me with adsense and analytic stats of last six months. Budget can be increased if potential websites are there.

    you must forget about to get site at it's 3 months of AdSense earning (don't take it otherwise) as it's fact that adsense sites are sold at it's 10 to 20 months of earning depending upon the site potential.
    for a $500 earning site you must have atleast $5K budget.
