    I am willing to buy a website with the following features:

    1. At least $100/month income - From Adsense or Else - You must provide valid proof

    2. At least 3 months old

    3. Domain must be .Com

    4. No extra ordinary maintenance work required. Income should be stable.

    I can offer the price of up to 20x of the monthly income from your website depending on it's traffic, quality and PR/age. Please do not send me offers with false information or low quality sites. I'll require valid proofs of income, etc before making final decision.
