Buying Want to buy 2 years+ not dropped domains of IT-related sites

Hello!

There are some requirements for the sites I'm looking for:

1. Old domains (2 years+, not dropped)
2. Related to themes: software, programming, computers, web design, corporate IT
3. Good, trusted backlinks: especially we prefer sites with backlinks from DMOZ, .edu and .gov sites. We don't need a lot of spammy backlinks, we want diverse backlinks from quality sites.

We appreciate domains that are ranked in Google with relevant keywords (you may check it via Semrush)
PR 3+ is also nice.

We'll pay attention only to serious proposals, please don't send me the lists of your domains, pick up those that relevant to our search
