It would be good if someone could post actual IP ranges in China. I need this too. We getting bombered with forum spammers from China.
Well,i understand you.I know the most of chinese didn't like spend money for buy anything in the internet except the products of known company or online shopping(Like chinese taobao.com and ebay.com),why's that?That because there are much free products as your charge's in the "chinese site".And the another reason,they didn't believe to who will earn money or paid money for something in the internet,That's all.The chinese market is not riping,but the standpoint will be changed soon i think.,just give them a few time.
