I want to ad quotes and brackets around all my terms..

Is there a website where I can cut and paste?

Arrh.. use MS Excel, concatenate it and you should get it done in half a minute!

 

Or use Adwords Editor - probably will take you less than half a minute if you already have it installed. If you don't, install it and you will save time now and in the future.

You just highlight your keywords, and select the dropdown for phrase match or exact match.

 

Well, it's just one of many keyword list tools in A1 Keyword Research. I think most keyword research programs support applying such operations to keyword lists.

 

I will high recommend using MS Excel to generate these Keywords. It can also be used to generate target landing url for target keywords. Try MS Excel. Need any more let me know.
