Want someone to design me a homepage

    Hi I am looking for some one to design me a homepage. My website is still under construction but I would like to strat getting people to register online till the website is ready. I have a logo and backgrounds in PSD files and would like to add a page saying Register now & win Playstation 3 or something to this effect. Maybe you can use a little bit of flash. This would be a simple page with only picture of playstation and some text. Please let me know how much would that costs? Cheers
