Why do you need to upload money in your account? You get payments form hotfile? BTW if you need, you can send them a cheque to load funds. Secondly you can withdraw anywhere in the word in local currency using ePassporte

Just login in to your epass acc and transfer fund from acc balance to your virtual visa card and then cash it! very easy but cost much fee!
