    Do you mean in the search engines? You can't do it. Search engines aren't content aggregators or sharing sites like Facebook or Digg. They list the URL with the information. Plain and Simple.

    Your root is going to be first.
    That's all there is to it.

    You can use a plug in like All In One SEO to optimize your individual post titles, descriptions and keywords, but you can't change the structure of the actual URL.
