    That was conditional Amit and I have to promise something in return.

    Jason my friend I know what Matt said. But were not reaching the highest mark that is PR9 divided by 4 links including my company site. ;) Besides my site is not new. My company site is 4 years old and Dirsensei has been online since November. Absolutely new sites that go from 0-8 is questionable. I have 0-4 / and dont know whats next.
