Internet Marketing Is Just Like any Other Industry... Yes, Internet Marketing is an industry and should be approached as such. Rpeat business and referrals are the cornerstone of a solid service provider's business. If your clients are happy with your work they will repeatedly buy from you and refer their friends. I made the following post in my Online English Class. Today I decided I should share it with my friends here at Digital Point. I lose respect for a source that makes errors with homonyms. I recently saw a news website online that used the wrong "their/there/they're" within an article. The author used "they're" when "their" should have been used to convey ownership within the story. A Helpful Website for Commonly Misused Words: their (belonging to them) "their dog" there (a place) over there... they're (contraction of "they are") they're missing the movie Check out this website for an alphabetized list: http://www.cooper.com/alan/homonym_list.html ANOTHER Helpful Tool is a Plagiarism Checker (use if for your PLR or ebooks before selling them or for products that you bought) http://www.plagiarismdetect.com/signup.php - This link is for a FREE Account http://www.dustball.com/cs/plagiarism.checker/ - Completely FREE checker http://www.articlechecker.com/ - Another FREEBIE The reason why I'm sharing with this forum is that I recently purchased some PLR products that were teeming with homonym errors. Another good tool to avoid plagiarism is copyscape.com. If you hire a writer always check out his work using this or similar tool. It is very simple tool which will help you to avoid scammers.
Stephy, Thanks for the info on the plagiarism checker. That had fallen completely off of my radar, until I saw your post. Much appreciated
Indeed - thanks for the tool. PLR is very difficult to monitor as you're never really 100% sure of the source in many cases.
I've purchased and downloaded so many ebooks that contain improper use of "there/their/they're", "your/you're", and "its/it's". I agree that it makes the author look a bit uneducated, but it doesn't bother me too much as long as the content is exceptional.
