    Also want to buy how can I earn revenue with these PR domains.

    The site you mentioned charges $37 per month as subscription charges to access the database.First we pay the subscription chanrges,then we have to take part in bidding system,then if I am able to win the bid,I would then be able to get that PR domain.Sorry dear,It's too expensive affair.

    Yes you have to pay the monthly subscription fee of 37$ - but at the end if you get several expired PR Domains each week (9 bucks each) it is worth the money ;)
