I thought I'd try here before scriptlance, in case. First, I'm looking for an inexpensive offshore (India preferred) programmer who has a lot of positive past-customer programming reviews I can see (such as on scriptlance), as I want someone who can work quickly/effectively, have good communication, etc. Especially if you have plenty of experience with social networking / community / entertainment / media sites. I'd like Ajax/PHP/MySQL but might be open to other languages especially as I need something efficient on my servers (not ASP/windows). I would think my project would take more than a month's full time work. I'm not needing it completed quickly though. I am possibly interested in hiring someone long-term full-time because in addition to this one project, I will probably have at least one other medium to large project, plus small ones.
