Want help with chanigng style etc of my games arcade to MAKE IT LOOK GOOD!

Note to moderators, this is a different post to the one before and I think this is the best section for it.

At my site I have a games arcade (link here) and it looks awful!
I was wondering what colour schemes, pictures, layout etc you think I should use?

 

Could start with colours for text that don't kick you in the balls as soon as you look at them. Not a fan of the iframe either.

 

I've improved it a bit but can't show anyone yet because the ftps down!
