If you've been banned from Google, that's it.

How long has your site been out of Google for now? I know PageRank is updating maybe it's that.

If you climb the ranks in Google too fast, sometimes you get took off Google, and knocked to the end of the search results, then if your site is okay and it isn't a trick you'll climb back up to where you were.

Try contacting Google to see if you have been banned.

    Hope this info helps!

    Please make sure about these

    1. Did you cross interlinking between them?
    2. If you did interlinking between them, do they hosted in different class C/B hosting?
    3. Are you auto-update blog has been done by scrape other peoples contents?
    4. Do your update blog use search results/RSS feed as contents?
    5. Which site your blog linked to? Please make sure you didn't put link to some spammy/MFA/FFA/Link farms site.

    Hope this help :D

Well, this is basic - but there is a key phrase you mentioned in your post, "auto update". I'm assuming you're not writing orginal content for each blog, rather you're scraping from other sites or something.

While Google is slow, it will almost always catch ya eventually =D

Duplicate sputtered content is a no no.
