We need a forum built on our new domain. WHen it is built we need lots of posting. We would like one person to do everything. The forum will also need a very good template attached to it that will allow for banner and text ads either at the top or bottom. Please PM me with offers and the technology that you prefer. I would prefer a free forum. I am not sure if PHPBB is the best.
