Want Error 404 Solutions

    Hi,
    Currently I am Suffering 404 error for my few websites.When I open the website in browser;it perfectly open;But the url address has shown as 404 error in google webmaster. Is there any permenant solution for error 404?

    Also 1 question:
    When I open website http://www.langtonmechanical.com/ in browser;It opens without any error. After visiting some inner pages,if you visited the homepage;then it shows the error below:
    [h=1]Not Found[/h] The requested URL /public_html/ was not found on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    also the url address shows as

    http://www.langtonmechanical.com/public_html/ which has 404 error. But it should show http://www.langtonmechanical.com/ .So give the solutions.Thanks in advance.

    Hi You have to redirect all the 404 pages into home page or black the folders using robots.tx file

    There could be a programming issue and somewhere (may be by mistake) you have put the /public_html/ in the homepage link. Check the source code.
