Want Entrecard Popper in Blogspot Any Trick

I want entre card popper widget at the top of my blog page to get drops.

Any trick or hack in blogspot to show it on page and close it after dropping.

Like this in this blog as its wordpres thers plugin but how to have this hack in blogspot.

More than likely you're site will be deleted from Entrecard because they're going over a bunch of blogs as we speak... just a heads up.

 

ya i know they are going over buch of blogs but many sites are using it.

Is is against policies.
