Want create a register page

hello friends...

I am going to create a page where user need to register before accessing some part of the blog. The site is designed on Wordpress. People will have to pay certain amount using paypal, credit card in order to complete the registration.

So please suggest me how to proceed with this?

i dont think so because its the new plugin a new method which is out so... it will be in paid category till someone else try to make a similar plugin at a later stage
