I'm looking for a web designer/coder who is keen for a long term partnership.

Instead of opening new job threads & shortlist every applicant every time I have a new project in, I prefer to have someone who is available on Skype or Gtalk most of the time, whom I can discuss the project details & get the job done.

I like someone who is a fast & can deliver projects on time, good in following instructions, accountable, honest & responsible person. Your level of English communication must be acceptable.
