want a script for doc article download system

hi,

our client need a article downloading system.

with following feature.

admin can upload files its basically .doc file(word)
and users can download it using the script,

and some good features also
and allow it to make a settings like upload only possible for admin and download possible for all.

its so simple script so let me know abut some free one and bit small paid

 

i have a script where people can download any .doc file available on the internet no need of admin to upload any docs search and get the file.
