Buying Want a Map Image to Be Interactive (Give me Quick Quotes)

    Hi Guys..

    I need this map image to be in an Interactive Form. As you can see in the image, there is Text (Actually it is Address), map with dark blue dots, and 4 light blue dots.

    So Actually what the Logic is, i want that this text should be changed, when ever i click on these Light Blue Dots (4 light blue dots). Please have a look at the image:

    Please let me know the turnaround time and actual cost for doing that. I need that to be done within a quick time.
