I hate to waste time that could have gone into doing productive work but I will not take it lying down when someone accuses me without proper grounds. Interesting thread. However, I wouldn't take seriously the people who reply on this forums when they just registered in 2009... they don't know anyone around here yet assume and accuse...
It was more that fact that I think it was a bit misleading you starting a competition here and asking everybody here for advice but you didn't mention you were running it on other forums and that the winner was surprisingly on another forum. I didn't participate either way but you must agree that it doesn't fit well with anyone here that participated. I don't know who won and it doesn't worry me in the slightest to be honest but you could easily clear this up by posting who won from what forum. All that combined gives one an impression don't you think and that's what I mean when I say that people can keep it in mind when dealing with you in the future. Agreed that the O.P hasn't been around long and I rarely take anybodies word around here for gospel anyway so I didn't mean to offend

Ahhhhh........now that I see that you did say you were running it in different forums I must apologize.....as I mentioned I didn't participate so I didn't see the initial details of the first post, I just quickly scanned through some of the posts to see what people had suggested and some of the remarks. Don't worry, I'll slam my own head against the keyboard for you
Episodes like this are repeated in many such threads. I think its the time the Mods must make a rule that "The winner must be declared in every contest in the specified time frame" There are many threads in other DP sub-forums where the OP refuses to name the winner. In logo, site or template design contests, many times the OP simply refuses to name the winner. It is unfair to all those who worked hard to make logos, templates or anything else. That simply amounts to "cheating" on the part of the OP. Its time to police these threads. A simple rule will be enough to combat all that cheating.
Not my place. I did not run the contest. Honest people would announce the winner when running a contest. A quick review of your posts on this and other forums so a history of repeating the same. Offering a reward of money yet never a an announcement of payment. How about you show us one winner out of the many? Burden of proof is on the one running the contest not some random dude. An honest person would not get defensive. BTW Your posting history does show that $20.09 is a lot of money to you.
