Want 10,000 genuine unique visitors

I have just done two pop under campaigns buying 10,000 unique visitors to my opt-in page. Although the leads are general I would have expected some visitors to opt in but unfortunately got none. Does anyone know of or has used a web site that supplies these kind of leads that work for business opportunity sector?

 

I don't quite catch you, you bought 10k impressions on pop-unders? But you haven't got any?

Sorry was not clear... I have already done this and it was not effective. I was asking of anyone knew of a more effective method (not ppc) or company that could produce unique visitors to my web site this way
