    Hi,

I wanna report a site that uses vBulletin and allows to download Movies, TV Serials, Games, etc.. Their vBulletin is not nulled.. But the content is 101% illegal.. How the heck to kick them out.. I want to really report this.. And unfortunately it's in dedicated server... Any suggestions?

As long as they are not hosted offshore, then you should be able to take them down by complaining to their host.

It depends... if the host's owner = the dedicated server's owner. You can't do anything about it. =/

Why do you want to report them anyway, just forget about it.

It would certainly be a better world if people would mind their own business. That site is not harming you in any way. Just leave it alone.

You can write to the rack owner (Data center) or upstream, they should be able to stop the site.

Well my friend I'd be posting in vBulletins forums not DigitalPoints xD

But since they're using vBulletins software to endure illegal activies then that is abusing their terms of service. I'm sure if they really wanted to. They could press serious charges. Howerver they have a lot of piracy and illegal activity work to deal with. There are over thousands of different versions of nulled vBulletins. That means there are almost millions of people using it (maybe I over exaggerated a tad; but you get the point)
