it can take a week... My account was approved when I've submitted a blog on blogspot with only few posts So don't worry, just wait and then copy paste ads

 

Sign up for a affiliate account and put the link on your blog while your waiting for adsense.

did ya install wordpress yet? then there are tools to easly integrate adsense and aothers revenue programs in your blog/s

Well you will need to learn some CSS and HTML, search google and DP for this info, or contact some good template devlopers and ask them to tutor you and such. Never know what might happen if you just ask
