If it's your personal name, you need to email or contact them and provide legal documentation on the name change. Generally, it's easier to shut down the account and open a new one than change your personal name. If you're referring to the business name, you can do it under the profile section.
its getting difficult to do that actually. I'm not sure about this but i think you can try upgrade your account into business so your name wont appear but your businesses name.
you can try contacting the paypal support, you can get a perfect answer from them. It will not be as easy as editing a simple field in your paypal. You may need to provide some proofs to paypal about name change.
Rather than changing the name on your paypal account, you have been correctly advised by a member that it would be lot easier to open a new account with the desired name. The procedure to change name is just too tedious and time consuming! Regards, RightMan
