    I know where you can get 1 year of vcc before they expire.

    try entropay.com I used it and you can withdraw the money from there to your card.
    it is reloadable by your credit card, but the only thing in this is that the expuse number will appear to there statement in 3-4 days. If you can wait that long maybe you can use it.:)

    but someday if paypal ask for credit card statement then you will get it trouble if you use VCC.... and you may lose the money inside your paypal...
