Buying Wanna buy VBulletin 4

    Hi I am looking to purchase a transferable license of vbulletin 4. I have already purchased a license before and know how it goes and won't be paying high for it.. If your itrader is more than 15 than I would pay for the license upfront, if not then you have to first transfer the license and then I would pay to you..
