WanFah.com - Need some options

    wanfah.com is a name of a restaurant, i've been offered 200$ for this domain, and quiet alot of interest for it at the moment. i have it on a parking site, Its been on there for 2 weeks, its had currently

    UNIQUE VISITORS 1456
    PAGE VIEWS 2504

    had 56 clicks making me around 8$

    now if i was to look at this in a yearly option.

    yearly unique visitors will be about 34944
    yearly page views would be about 60096

    and my yearly income would be about 192$, but thats only a rough guess, it could be more, it could be less, is it worth selling this, or keeping it??

    I guess they must've failed to renew it. Has a PR4. I would suggest you sell it to them for $500 that would be more than 2 years income. Plus the domain will start losing traffic after it loses its PR (expired/parked domains usually do) and thus lose its SE ranking for the term 'wanfah'.

    it didnt expire :) i own it. have since the begining. But only recently people have been interested in it..
