When I try to connect to myPhpAdmin, I get this:

    phpMyAdmin - Error
Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly. Also ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser.

It used to work just fine, and I did not make any changes in the settings. The WAMP icon is green.

    How do I fix this?

I tried the first thing a few times and it didn't work. Which of these solutions should work?

I tried copying the files from php to apache folder, but it doesn't let me overwrite the files because it says files or folders are opened in another program. No such program is running.

So, are the files actually present where they're supposed to be found? And did you shut down wamp before trying to copy the files?

Solved by reinstalling WAMP. It might have been something due to Win 10 Updates.
