WAMP FTP Version Control

    I have a Windows PC running WAMP for local development and I'd like to setup a program that'll only allow one user to edit a file and block access to that file to other co-workers whilst being worked on.

    In the office there are PCs and Macs I'm not sure if that'll make any difference.

    I don't think there is such a program. You might want to look on SVN if it suits your needs.
