Well, it sure isn't funny to the parents. You know, I don't hate gay people, but for crying out loud, a Zune player that has a homosexual orgy? If people want to watch that stuff on their own time, that is their business, but a child has been exposed to it. Omfg. I really hope the parents sue the living daylights out of Walmart. Hell, Walmart has enough. I'd sue for $100 million, even if I have to settle for less.

Agreed with Jim on this one...maybe even some stupid punk at the store thought it would be a funny joke. How can you blame Walmart as a whole? Believe it or not REAL people work there who DO screw up and who could care less about the corporation.
This happened when it first came out. People bought them, loaded them with porn, and returned them. The Zunes were put back on the shelves and people bought them. Im not sure if it was people buying them or if it was workers that did it. Either way it isnt Wal Mart's fault.
Wal-Mart is probably the worst store out there. Not only are their prices really not that much lower, but they cheat their employees all the time.
Have you seen the movie Walmart: The High Cost of Low Prices? This incident is just one in a long list of stuff Walmart has done wrong. And lets not get on the cheap junk they bring into the U.S. from China, and the mom and pop stores they ran out of business. I respect Sam Walton, the founder, but his descendants and the company policies are pieces of trash. Even if it is the employees fault, they work for the company, don't they? If people are returning devices where they can add offensive content, doesn't it make sense to have someone remove it? The executives at Walmart should make it a policy to check electronic devices that are returned to the store. Now a child has been exposed to something she should have never seen.........how stupid could a company be. I mean we are talking about a digital audio/video player. It should be common sense to check it and remove whats on it before you resell it to anyone, even if the content is not a gay orgy.
Walmart will soon be having a huge player to contend with anyway, Tescos... Who's to say the parents didnt put it on it, looking for a easy quick buck?? They have obviously went to the trouble of contacting the media, instead of taking it back for a replacement.

It could be fake.......but Walmart needs to prove the parents put it there. As far as I'm concerned, the company's reputation has been over long before this incident, even if the parents are making up a bogus story.
I believe the parents. And a $25 gift card is no way to handle the matter - I think the amount of that gift card should grow substantially
I think that is a shame, and could be fake. I personally like wal-mart. The only things I don't like about the store are the parking and it's hard to move around inside because people don't move out of the way.

So you are admitting that this story really doesn't do anything for you. If its propoganda for a walmart lawsuit you are happy because it justifies your belief in the company. That's a pretty interesting take on it.
