    Hi!

    I have this site and domain for sale:

    www.wallpapersource.org

    - 22 months old
    - PR0
    - 30 pages on google
    - includes newsletter system
    - 2 ebooks offer after newsletter subscription (double opt in)
    - contact form
    - tell a friend
    - exchange links system (not working though... new owner should apply to new account and make changes)
    - Domain at enom.com. (Can be transfered with no extra cost to another Enom.com account. To other Registrars you could pay something. Check with your registrar.)

    Reason for sale:

    This site was built by me and sold to a customer. This customer gave up on site. I renewed domain and keep it on my server. I don't want it anymore so... if you like it, buy it!

    Doesn't include any back office. All pages are HTML, except newsletter system (includes back office) and contact form.

    Design is unique but was based on a template. Used PSD files are included.

    I have the rights to sell domain name since I renewed the domain and didn't receive payment for it.

    I have the right to sell the website and contents since I design it and I build it.

    NOTE: Previous owner could have a design copy too but since he gave up on site I don't think he will use it.

    NOTE 2: I will not sell this design / site again. I am selling now just to recover domain name and hosting cost.

    NOTE 3: Site is sold as is. After selling I will send Hosting details (cpanel) to new owner and he should transfer website in 7 days. If new owner wants to keep current hosting it should pay $50 (one year hosting). I could help in files transfer process.
