Sit down with a business plan template and fill in all the categories. What does your site do well What does it do badly (like the popups) What do your competitors do that you can't (like generate new content every day? marketing? budget for advertising?) What do people want from wallpaper sites that they're not getting? Can you provide it? How much traffic do you think wallpaper sites actually get? How much time do you have to put into the site How are you monetising it? What ROI do you need to justify the time you're spending? A quick look online suggests that the site is brand new. The site is barely indexed and you haven't even signed up to webmaster tools which is kind of the bare minimum of responsible site ownership. How long have you been running it? Why do you think your brand new website should be taking market share from the older sites? EDIT: Review my wallpapers website You've owned this site since 2012???? and it's not being indexed, and it's not being visited by the wayback machine? How much time HAVE you been putting into it?
thank you for your time i really appreciate your reply i owned it since awhile ago yes but only as a standalone theme i was selling igot busy and distracted so i left it since then . but i decided to put it back online and give it a chance
i check on my side your site slow respond. maybe you can check your hosting company. for design is good looking.
That's a really ugly home screen on desktop and it's worse on mobile It's way to heavy on ads. You seem to be focussed on mobile so I'll stick to that... I clicked on "colourful" and got a lot of white space Looking at the counts under categories it seems you haven't taken the time to tag your images. It's probably a daunting task but creative tagging will get you more search engine traffic. In the past when I've looked for wallpapers I haven't found the right image easily yet the one that I'd pick could easily have been tagged with my search term.
working on tagging white space because ads not showing, google ads are slow some time thanks for your review, i'll consider it
It is hard to tell what is your content apart from the domain - I thought it would be wallpaper for the home. Yeah, I see the desktop wallpapers there but I was afraid to click on one lest me get spam/redirected. So I didn't click on anything just to be safe. Maybe if you make the borders around the wallpapers wider and in a darker color. It will enclose the content you want people to hone in on and download. Also, your sidebar should be a different color than the same white uniform background. It looks clean but, no organization.
The ads are obnoxious slow to load - I'd avoid the parallax format and just give people a well structured site. What's with the baby's bedroom wallpaper? Don't be afraid of white space.
lol ok, i find it simple and does the job actually, the previous version had all the white matter and i tried to make the ads as simple as i can maybe i should lower the ad spaces thanks sarah!
The only thing I like about your site is the background. Consider padding and colors. Also it would be great if it can detect my device and show wallpaper accordingly. I think there is a lot of space for improvement. I go to wallpapers sites from time to time. To be honest I would not use your site. Just being honest.
